Academic Continuity Workshop: Making the Most of Recorded Videos

Event Description

Recorded video lectures can offer a number of benefits to a course, including freeing up in-class time to do more sophisticated and interactive work and allowing students to rewatch explanations of challenging concepts. However, students often struggle to engage with video recordings. In this session, we will consider ways to motivate students to watch videos in a timely manner, reflect on the big take-aways, and actively test their understanding of lecture material.
