Are you teaching a lab class this semester? Are you mentoring undergraduates in your research lab? Are you interested in learning specific techniques to improve your teaching and mentoring in these places? Come join us for this workshop on teaching and mentoring in lab spaces. We will discuss the qualities of an exceptional mentor, learn teaching strategies for different scenarios in the lab, and learn ways to communicate more effectively with mentees and students. This Advanced Teaching Workshop counts toward the CTL’s Certificate of College Preparation.
