Writing a Master's Thesis in the Social Sciences and Humanities
Event Description
Are you a Master’s student in the Humanities or Social Sciences? This workshop is designed to demystify the sometimes overwhelming and confusing process of writing your Master’s Thesis. We will discuss the various components of the thesis and how to choose a topic and write a research proposal. We will then move on to strategies for conducting a literature review and to begin chapter writing. We will also briefly cover the IRB process. This is a great chance to gain some thesis-writing skills before deadlines during Spring Semester!
