For Directors of Graduate Studies

Associates in Teaching applications must be prepared jointly by the faculty member and graduate student. They then must be presented to the relevant DGS, who, in turn, will submit his or her department’s AT applications to the Graduate School (email the director of the program, Suzanne Young), along with a brief letter of support.

Departments may nominate as many courses as they choose. In the case of multiple applications, the DGS should rank order them before sending them to the Graduate School.  No applications without a supporting letter from the DGS will be considered.
