Event Description 

In this workshop, you will learn about the basic structure of a humanities dissertation prospectus. We will discuss, in particular, how to write the introduction, literature review, methodology summary, chapter summary, timeline, and bibliography. We will also hear the experiences of PhD candidates who have successfully written and defended prospectuses at Yale. Intended Audience: This event is aimed specifically towards students in the humanities, but some of the information may be applicable to social scientists and professional students as well.
