Event Description 

Planning to apply for a fellowship or grant in the sciences? Come to this two-part series to learn key guidelines and strategies to help you start or improve your application! The first workshop in the series will discuss personal statements. We will discuss how to best narrate your experiences to stand out as an exceptional candidate. The second workshop in the series will discuss research statements. We will work on crafting effective research questions and making compelling arguments. These writing techniques apply to a wide range of fellowships, including federal and private opportunities.

Intended Audience:  GSAS, professional school, and postdoctoral scholars working on grant and fellowship applications in all science fields.
