Assistant or Associate Director of Teaching Development and Initiatives, with STEM pedagogy focus

The Yale University Poorvu Center for Teaching and Learning is currently hiring for STEM teaching expertise on the Teaching Development and Initiatives (TDI) team. Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) in teaching is a primary focus for our team, and this hire would support these efforts in STEM fields. This position will be at either the Assistant or Associate Director level, depending on incoming level of experience and demonstrated expertise. To be hired at the Associate Director level, significant experience facilitating professional development will be required.
