Have you ever considered turning your Ph.D. thesis into a book manuscript? Come join us for a panel discussion and Q&A with three editors from renowned university presses to demystify the process!

Come hear:

  • Anna Savarese, Executive Editor at Princeton University Press, whose areas of coverage include Literature, Literary Studies, and Poetry
  • Adina Berk, Senior Editor at Yale University Press, whose areas of coverage include American and European History
  • Stephen Wesley, Editor at Columbia University Press, Editor, whose areas of coverage American Politics and Foreign Relations, US History and Social Work.

They will cover topics including how to contact publishers, how to write a convincing book proposal, what editors look for, and what to expect throughout the process. You will also have an opportunity to sign up for one-on-one meetings with the editors following the panel (see final question in the registration form for more details and to sign up).
