Are you considering turning your Ph.D. thesis into a book manuscript? Come join us for a panel discussion and Q&A with three editors from renowned university presses to demystify the process! Come hear:
*Susan Bielstein, Executive Editor at University of Chicago Press (areas of coverage include art, design, and the ancient world)
*Philip Levinthal, Senior Editor at Columbia University Press (Journalism; Film Studies; English and Comparative Literature)
*Priya Nelson, Senior Editor at Princeton University Press (history)

Our panelists will cover topics including how to contact publishers, how to write a convincing book proposal, what editors look for, and what to expect throughout the process.
You will also have an opportunity to ask questions during a Q+A and to sign up for one-on-one meetings with the editors following the panel (see final question in the Registration Form for more details and to sign up).
