To celebrate the 10 year anniversary of Poorvu Center, we are hosting a celebration of excellent and innovative teaching at Yale. With opening remarks by Peter Salovey, a faculty panel will reflect together on how teaching has changed [“in higher education”? “at Yale”?] over the past ten years, using examples from innovations and adjustments they have made in their own classrooms, how they have supported others in their teaching, and the resources they have tapped into to do so—at the Poorvu Center and beyond. We will then open up the discussion to reflect together on how we can be ready for teaching in the next 10 years.
