Event Description

Do you find yourself frustrated by procrastination? Feel like there’s no time in your week to focus on writing? Struggle to maintain momentum on a long-term project? This workshop uses evidence-based techniques and digital tools to help you start writing and stay writing. Learn how to take control of your writing practice with hands-on activities, goal-setting strategies, accountability techniques, and apps that can help organize your workflow. We will also discuss a variety of Assistive Technologies that can work for anyone looking to boost their productivity, including text-to-speech tools, speech-to-text tools, and focus/productivity programs. You’ll leave prepared to keep pace with your writing goals—and find time and motivation to write during busy semesters.
