Event Description

Do you ever doubt your accomplishments or whether you’re “”in the right place”“? Imposter stress is real and can be totalizing. It can also directly impact, and possibly even disrupt, your path to finishing your research project and other life goals. This workshop defines imposter stress and offers unique mindful & practical pre-writing and writing strategies for working through it. The workshop will be introspective and self-reflective, with minimal group interaction and only at the partner-level.

Intended Audience: While designed for dissertating graduate students, this event will also be helpful to professional school students, postdoctoral fellows, and junior faculty and is geared toward all disciplines.
