Jennifer is an Assistant Director, Educational Technology within the Center for Teaching and Learning at Yale University. Jenn assists with consulting with faculty to ease any worries or concerns that come with using new technology. Prior to this position, Jennifer brings to the team six years of higher education experience, both student services and academic affairs. Other than higher education administrative experience, Jennifer is an adjunct professor since 2013 with several universities, primarily teaching online. Jennifer completed an Educational Doctorate in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies at Southern Connecticut State University in 2017. The primary focus of her research has included the incorporation of educational technology within higher education to enhance engagement and retention. Her dissertation topic is Academic and Business Leaders’ perceptions of 21st century skills: An exploratory study.
