In this interactive workshop, you will learn how to analyze and brief case law using the IRAC format (Issue, Rule, Application, and Conclusion). Using actual case law, you will learn how to identify the issue(s) before the court and the applicable legal rule(s) affecting the case. You will also practice summarizing the court’s application of the rule to the facts of the case and the case holding.
