The Educational Program Assessment team develops and facilitates workshops for program leaders and colleagues across Yale, including faculty, staff, graduate and professional students, and Poorvu Center teams. Workshops help participants apply practical and equitable approaches to assessment and are adapted to the goals, context, and stage of each program or initiative.
EPA has developed and facilitated workshops and training for different audiences across Yale. Examples have included:
- Data interpretation and bias
- Graduate student program assessment
- Qualitative methods and coding
- Assessment for grants and funded educational initiatives
