McDougal Graduate Teaching Fellows Program
The McDougal Graduate Teaching Fellows program provides graduate students with opportunities to lead teaching workshops and assist peers in developing effective teaching practices. Fellows gain valuable leadership experience and professional development, fostering a collaborative teaching environment that benefits Yale’s graduate student community.
Faculty Fellows Program
The Faculty Fellows program brings together faculty across disciplines to explore innovative and equitable teaching practices. Fellows engage in a year-long collaboration with the Poorvu Center, lead teaching workshops, and contribute to the Center’s development, creating a supportive community for enhancing Yale’s teaching landscape.

YUAG-Poorvu STEM Curriculum Development Grants
$1,500 curriculum development grants to introduce or strengthen the use of the Yale University Art Gallery’s (YUAG’s) collections and exhibitions in STEM courses.
Rosenkranz Award
The Rosenkranz Award is long-standing award that funded substantial pedagogical innovations in courses. It has been paused, but the website showcases many previous award winners’ projects.
