Emily is a Motion Graphic Designer in the Poorvu Center’s Teaching Studios team. She creates animated visual assets for digital learning experiences, collaborating with faculty and staff to make complex ideas clear, engaging, and accessible. Emily is particularly interested in using storytelling and motion design to elevate educational content and connect with learners. She joined Yale in 2025.
Before Yale, Emily worked in higher education marketing, specializing in video production and animation. She also collaborated on several environmental documentaries focused on climate change and sustainability. She earned BA in Digital Communications and MA in Broadcast Journalism & Media Productions from Sacred Heart University.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys gardening and spending time with her dog, Cooper.
