Jisun Kim is a doctoral candidate in Dramaturgy and Dramatic Criticism at the School of Drama. Her research explores queer of color plays and performances as contemporary rituals that open up alternative ways of understanding queerness. Prior to Yale, she studied English Literature at Ewha Womans University in Korea, where she received her BA and MA. She’s excited to meet writers with diverse interests and to discuss and learn from their thoughts and practices.
