Kristi Oki is the Assistant Director of Learner Services in the Poorvu Center’s Digital Education team. She serves as the product owner for the Global Learner Access Support System (GLASS), Yale’s information system for non-credit online programming. In her role, Kristi supports global learners and Yale’s professional schools in using GLASS as a centralized platform to manage applications, enrollments, and resources. She is particularly interested in applying her Salesforce experience to advance GLASS, improve data access, and create more efficient processes across non-credit programs. Kristi has been with Yale since November 2024.
Before Yale, Kristi worked at the Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology, where she managed a Salesforce CRM implementation and coordinated programming aimed at advancing manufacturing technology adoption and career awareness. Kristi earned her bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Yale and her master’s degree in the same field from MIT.
Outside of work, she enjoys board games, crafting, and spending time with her family.
