Maya Evans

Maya Evans is a junior from Brooklyn, NY. Her favorite part about working at the Writing Center is seeing a student leave a session feeling more confident, both in their ability to strengthen their paper and in the ideas, analyses, and writing they have already contributed. Outside of the Writing Center, she is also a research assistant in two psychology labs, a volunteer with the Yale Undergraduate Prison Project, an Undergraduate Production Peer Mentor, and a stage manager in various theater productions on campus. She also works as a Writing Partner with the Yale Prison Education Initiative!
