Oliver Lucier

McDougal Graduate Teaching Fellow
History of Science and Medicine

Oliver is a McDougal Graduate Teaching Fellow. He facilitates workshops on a wide variety of pedagogical subjects to help prepare graduate and professional students for future teaching careers. He has served as teaching fellow in Yale’s History of Science and Medicine program and has designed and taught a seminar on the history of climate change.

Oliver is also a sixth year PhD candidate in the History of Science & Medicine Program at Yale University. As an environmental historian of the US and the world, his research focuses on the co-production of climate science and US global environmental policy during the long twentieth century.
