Whitney Rakich has been the SY writing tutor since 2013. She received her PhD in American Studies from the University of New Mexico, her MA in Spanish and Portuguese from the University of New Mexico, and her BA in English and Spanish from Northwestern University. Whitney has editing and tutoring experience in the humanities as well as the sciences and other technical fields.
