Registration is only required for Graduate School of Arts and Sciences (GSAS) graduate students who want the certificate to appear on their transcript. In order to register, complete the GSAS Certificate Program Declaration Request. Please note that we do not require a statement of interest. In order for your transcript to be notated, this form must be completed by the drop/add date for the semester in which you hope to graduate.
If you are a postdoctoral scholar or a graduate student outside of GSAS, no registration is required.

Graduate and professional students are automatically subscribed – but if you’re a postdoctoral scholar or think you might have been left off the list, here’s how to subscribe:
- Visit http://subscribe.yale.edu.
- Sign in using your CAS credentials.
- Using the search bar, look for “CTL Graduate and Postdoctoral Teaching.”
- Select “Subscribe.”
