Tool available to instructors prior to the beginning of the term (tool visible in Spring 2019 courses as of January 1st, 2019).

Instructors can turn off the survey by either clicking the disable button in the Mid-Semester Feedback Instructor tool or by hiding the tool from the course navigation bar.

Instructors may toggle between disabling/enabling the survey from within the Mid-Semester Feedback Instructor tool.

Creating Questions

Default questions are optional - instructors may choose whether or not to use any/all of the default questions.

Instructors can add up to 4 custom questions to each course survey.

Viewing Submissions

The “View Submission” list will show an indicator when there are 0 submissions.

When viewing an individual student submission, instructors will see an indicator when a student has left and answer blank.

Student Tool

Resolve an issue where some student submissions with unanswered questions received an error.

Add additional instructions on the survey to let students know they should complete the survey once for each course.

Post the title of the course within the survey.
